		<description>1st of all, the Tower was not built by Israelites or Hebrews. Its construction predates Abrahams spiritual journey to becoming the Forefather of the Hebrews.  
Many of the above issues are resolved when relying on the Midrashic-traditional interpretations, with an acute sensitivity to the Biblical language and semantic.
I will perhaps respond more fully at a later date.</description>
